Monitor National Marine Sanctuary recently added an entirely new section to their website on the WWI and WWII wrecks located off the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Site plans for the Soviet tanker Ashkhabad and the SS Caribsea, which our Group did in collaboration with MNMS, have been posted and are available here:
